Biography
Billy Slater is an Australian former professional rugby league footballer who played as a fullback for the Melbourne Storm in the NRL. Widely regarded as one of the greatest fullbacks of all time, Slater was known for his incredible vision, game reading ability, and try-scoring feats. After retiring in 2018, he became the coach of the Queensland Maroons State of Origin team, leading them to consecutive series victories in 2022 and 2023.
