Biography

Bamidele Jermaine "Dele" Alli (born 11 April 1996) is an English professional footballer who plays as an attacking midfielder for Serie A club Como 1907. Born in Milton Keynes to a Nigerian father and English mother, Alli overcame a difficult childhood to become one of England's most promising young talents. He began his career at MK Dons, making his professional debut at 16 and helping the club earn promotion to the Championship.

Alli joined Tottenham Hotspur in 2015, quickly establishing himself as a key player. He won the PFA Young Player of the Year award in his first two Premier League seasons and was a regular for the England national team, playing in UEFA Euro 2016 and the 2018 FIFA World Cup, where he scored in the quarter-finals. After a decline in form and injuries, Alli moved to Everton in 2022 and later played for Beşiktaş on loan before joining Como in 2025.
